The Waikerie Health Service undergoes a transformative redevelopment, delivering essential upgrades to a facility that serves the town and its wider community.
The project consists of an addition to the existing facility and various external upgrades to enhance the overall user experience. With growing demand for the services in the area the improvements aim to accommodate The improvements accommodate the growing demand for the services in the community and align the facility to modern standards of healthcare provision. The upgraded facility aims to cater to the needs of various individuals and families to ensure a more comfortable and accessible experience for all.
Improvements were made to enhance wayfinding and presence including a new main entrance and porte-cochere with entry canopy, resurfacing the main carpark, enhanced pedestrian access and new shade canopies. Additional works include an upgraded front reception for enhanced visitor welcome and extension to the existing aged care facility.
The redevelopment of the Waikerie Health Service provides for upgraded amenities and enhanced accessibility to ensure the Waikerie Hospital can continue to serve the wider community as a vital asset to the area.
