The design approach was to preserve the historic residence’s original features, including elegant sash windows, meticulously crafted brickwork with rendered quoins, internal timber flooring, and ornate plaster ceiling roses.

This modern extension not only enriched the home’s functionality but also maximises the abundant northern light, strategically capturing it through carefully placed windows and skylights.
