With land and housing becoming increasingly difficult to find, this 4-storey apartment building is one of the first of its kind along the Main North Road Transport Corridor.

An innovative design on a challenging, triangular shaped block, the fluid, architectural form of the Carter Street Apartments gives a gentle nod to the art deco styles of Prospect. The fenestration was carefully balanced with the changing internal floor plate to reflect a rhythm and order. Six apartments are offered generous balcony space and a considered interior scheme.

The building is one of the first of its kind along the Main North Transport Corridor. Bound by three differing planning zones, the four storey building underwent a rigorous design process working closely with our consultant team to ensure it sensitively addressed the impact on adjacent residential areas whilst presenting well to Carter Street and Main North Road.
