SMFA, in partnership with The James Brown Memorial Trust and Kennett Builder, has successfully completed the extension and refurbishment of the administration building at Kalyra Belair.

This project included a new two-storey addition featuring multiple offices, meeting rooms, two kitchens, an internal lift, a staircase, and upgraded amenities. The existing building was also refurbished, and a new car parking area was introduced to enhance accessibility.

Designed to complement the heritage character of the neighbouring aged care facility, the exterior incorporates cream precast panels, red-orange fibre cement sheets, and monument metal cladding. The completed project provides a modern and functional workspace while respecting the site’s historical significance.
